TORONTO LYNX PDL CAPTAIN
GOES PRO |
|
On behalf of everyone involved in the Toronto Lynx
organization we would like to extend our
congratulations to Taylor (Mikael) McNamara, upon
him signing a professional contract with the Dayton
Dutch Lions of the USL Professional league. |
|
Taylor has signed a two year
deal with the new expansion club based in Ohio.
Taylor has been our PDL and club captain for the
past 2 seasons. He graduated from the University of
Albany following a four year soccer scholarship.
Taylor joined the Toronto Lynx as a U15 SYL academy
player. He has experienced both SYL and Super 20
North American finals and also appeared in the 2005
Dallas Cup final, before moving onto University. He
has been an ever present in all 4 of our PDL seasons
of Toronto Lynx play and he has been a magnificent
role model for each and everyone of our academy
players during his time with us. We wish him every
success with his new club and we will continue to
monitor his progress as he makes this big step into
the world of professional soccer. |
